We are thrilled to announce the 2024 All American Cup Stallion Showcase & Auction will be held at Willow Way Stables, Saturday, January 20, 2024, thanks to DJ and Nicola for hosting this amazing event.

 

The All American Cup is one of the longest-running, most-coveted breeding opportunities in the Saddlebred industry, and this year’s event will not just be a stallion showcase and auction, but a preview of amazing AAC offspring hitting the show ring in 2024. It will be a prime sales opportunity for trainers who would like to showcase their stock in front of a large audience. There are no limits to horse’s ages or divisions, they simply need to be sired by an All American Cup stallion. If you are a stallion owner, this is a PRIME opportunity to spotlight your stallion’s progeny and show the industry what your stallion is producing. It can be a debut of a Two or Three year-old, or it could be a seasoned pleasure horse that would make a perfect juvenile mount in 2024. With an estimated live audience of 250 people, as well as LIVE coverage on Richfield Video, there is NO broader outlet to reach our industry than the All American Cup on January 20th, just in time to kick off breeding and show season!

To attend, the following options are available:

• Individual Ticket ($60.00), ($62.40 PayPal):  Includes entry, an open seat for one, dinner, and one free drink ticket.​​

• Table ($520.00), ($540.80 PayPal):  A limited number of tables will be available for purchase.  Tables include 8 reserved seats includes dinner and one free drink per seat and 8 additional complimentary drink tickets per table.  Table guests will be left to the sole discretion of the table purchaser.  Tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.  To purchase a table: SEE ABOVE​​​​​​​​​​​​

If you’d like to participate in the All American Cup but aren't able to attend in-person, there are several ways to participate in the action:

 

1. The event will be live-streamed.  Live-stream instructions will be posted on our website in the days leading up to the event.

2. We are currently accepting pre-bids online for ALL stallions participating in the 2024 All American Cup.  To submit a pre-bid and/or a highest bid, click HERE,  browse and select your favorite stallion, then click on your stallion-of-choice to submit a pre-bid.  The live auction will open at the highest opening bid received for each stallion.  If you choose to submit a ‘highest bid’ as well, AAC staff will bid on your behalf (incrementally), until the auction exceeds your highest bid.  

3. We have bolstered our capacity to handle call-in live bidding this year based on record demand.  If you would like to call-in and participate in the live bidding, you MUST make a reservation in advance.  You can either make a reservation on the pre-bid form (above), OR you can send us an email at allamericancup.indy@gmail.com to request a phone call for your stallion-of-choice. An AAC staff member will call you prior to the start of the live auction for your specified stallion(s).  Please note that the live stream will have a 30-40 second delay, so we recommend not watching the live stream while calling-in to bid.

 

The final stallion auction order will be published online (and through social media) forty-eight hours prior to the start the of auction (January 18, 2024 at 6:00 PM).  All call-in reservations and pre-bids, MUST be received by 6:00 PM on Friday, January 19, 2024, twenty-four hours prior to the start of the live auction.

 

Like last year, we will offer an auxiliary auction in the weeks following the live auction for any stallion breedings that do not sell on January 20th.  We want to provide the maximum number of opportunities for interested breeders to purchase breedings from our amazing group of stallions.

 

We are anticipating record bidding between the live audience, online bidding, and call-in bids.  The more information we have in-advance, the smoother things will run, so please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to participate as a call-in bidder.
